CASE STUDY #1 – A LEADING UK FACILITIES MANAGEMENT BUSINESS

Situation: The business had been growing rapidly both organically and via acquisitions over the last 20 years without effectively developing a recruitment and resourcing strategy to keep up. Recruitment spend was too high, agency usage was unregulated and no direct resourcing was taking place.

After providing an initial review of their recruitment processes, Mantaray’s Gareth Edwards developed and implemented enhanced direct recruitment processes, with the following outcomes:

o Oversaw all recruitment activity and led on all senior, specialist and business critical recruitment.
o supported the full implementation and use of an ATS recruitment system.
o Appointed a team of 20 recruitment system ‘Super Users’ from currently employed support staff.
