Recruitment spend savings of £200k

Gareth Edwards, Director at Mantaray Executive Resourcing, completed a Resourcing Consultancy assignment with a leading Facilities Management company that resulted in recruitment spend savings of circa £200,000.

After being approached and retained to review current recruitment processes and lead on any senior, confidential and business critical recruitment campaigns, he was able to inplement improved direct resourcing processes with huge success.

Highlights of this project include:

o Led on all senior, specialist and business critical recruitment across the business.
o Oversaw and managed all recruitment activity (30,000+ employees).
o Developed new Talent Attraction processes and supported full implementation and use of an ATS recruitment system.
o Appointed a team of 20 recruitment system ‘Super Users’ from currently employed support staff.
o Provided ongoing recruitment advice, guidance and support to the business incl: job description creation, person spec creation, market salary guidance, advice on new/alternative recruitment strategies for problematic positions/regions.
o In addition to huge time savings for recruiting managers, enhanced direct recruitment processes resulted in savings of circa £200k.
